Remuneration and incentive programmes

Remuneration for the board of directors is resolved by the general meeting. Remuneration for senior management being employees may consist of salary, variable remuneration, pension as well as other benefits.

The Company offers a warrant scheme pursuant to the senior management. Salary and other fringe benefits to the senior management are considered to be in accordance with market practice and are based on the requirement of competence, importance and experience as well as performance of the duties of the senior management.
